Starting with consultation, where we opted not to sell via auction, she listened and understood our requirements and was willing to assist with her own recommendations where appropriate. Her analysis of the local market was exemplary and gave us as vendors an accurate target range on what to expect with no surprises. Throughout the sales and marketing campaign she and Steven kept us fully involved through various communication channels and at no point during contract negotiations did we feel pressured into making a decision.
