What a team!

Over the last 6-12 months my wife and I have spent hours on Trade Me, One Roof, Real Estate NZ... looking at the pricing, condition along with the ever import location of many houses. We soon realised that to be in the game we needed to sell our place first, however this added another element of pressure to finding the right place. We met dozens' of agents and viewed a lot of houses that didn't meet our expectations. As a consumer I know what I want to see and like to have the space and clear thought to do this. Many of the other agents would overload their potential customers with information and damage the experience by trying to create the hyp and urgnecy with.. "if you don't get in soon you will miss out... " Yes, this can work but it also reeks of desperation. Amy and Nate are cool, calm and collected. Even though it was a deadline sale there wasn't the panic and noise, just warmth of character and good information. In short, we not only rate them as agents but a genuinely nice people. I would suggest these two agents should be used as a model for others to learn from. Thanks again to both of you.
