Goes the extra mile

Sophie was really helpful with the house buying process. Out of about 30 open homes we went to, only one was through Harcourts with the rest being through Summit. Despite being out numbered, Sophie was really kind, diligent, and went the extra mile for us finding a house that was silently listed that turned out to be the one. She has been incredibly prompt in all responses, she always has an answer for us, and has made sure we have been supported every step of the way. The whole process has been incredibly easy, and Sophie has had a large role to play in that. We hope others have as much success with her as we have.
