Fastest sale ever!
I have just bought a new house through Matt and was happy with his service. Then he contacted me a day later to say that he has a potential buyer for my old house which was not for sale at that stage. He obviously listened to the purchasers really well and understood what they were after as a day later they came, saw my house and put an offer in a day later. Matt understands what people want and communicates really well, he is not the pushy salesperson but still follows up everything you ask him to. Really happy with Matt's service and friendliness. I would recommend him to anyb ody looking to buy or sell a house.
