Incredible experience from a great team!

Team Cooling did a superb job of marketing and selling our property. If you have a property that is slightly unique or only of appeal to a smaller audience look no further than Andy and his team. Charlie with his youthful enthusiam and Andy with his vast knowledge and experience really do create a winning team. We were really impressed with the regular contact and updates; wise advice when we needed to tweak the campaign; and great tenancity and perserverance to get a sale over the line. Like most people we've had lots of experience of Real Estate agents over the years - however nothing has come even close to the attentive service we've received from Andy and his team. Would use his services again in a heartbeat.
