Experience exceeded expectations

We found team Cooling to be very hard working, nothing seemed a problem, Shona worked hard behind the scenes making sure all the details were attended too, I was particularly fussy getting all the photos that I wanted perfect, I was never made to feel like I was a nuisance and the end result was exactly as I envisaged. Andy was relaxed and no stress to have around, a couple of times we were running late to get everything perfect for the open homes and without being asked Andy would help lift the spa lid, straighten the outdoor furniture, and it became normal for him to shake the front entrance matt. Andy just saw things that needed doing and did them without direction, all these little things made a difference, all this was done in a relaxed manor with a sense of humour. When it came to the tender process Andy worked hard and was an excellent communicator, he was professional and nothing was a problem, the experience exceeded expectations. The end result was the sale of our beautiful existing home and the purchase of our dream piece of paradise, all went smoothly and due to Andys hard work everything fell into place.
