Gavin is honest and professional. He told me straight up what he thought our house was worth, and it meant that we weren't getting too excited about what we could buy. Because of our position, we needed to buy before we sold so was imperative we had someone working for us that was honest. Gavin remained professional at all times. He does tend to not over communicate too much, which I found hard, but I understand why. We paid for him to do his job and he will do it with keeping the client in the loop with what information he deems necessary. It's a stressfull process, and Gav took the stress out of this for us, and keep us positive AT ALL TIMES, and was great to work with. We also got the price that we had hoped for. Very happy.

Leanne knew the neighbourhood, as she's a resident there herself. She was realistic about the price. Her part in the video and the quality of the photographs were of a high standard. The open homes were well done and we were happy with the numbers that came through. Communication following was very good.
