My partner and I were first home buyers. We were pretty nervous about the whole thing, but Gavin and Ihaia were great in helping us through the process, providing us with all the information we needed, and were willing to be flexible when needed. They also provided support by being an effective conduit to the vendor, which helped a lot when some of the steps took a bit longer than expected. Must confess, we being rather old school, Team Faulke were not our first choice, but following a hunch from our son in law, and a first meeting with Gavin, not only were we were taken by his warm friendly manner, we knew we could trust the team with our sale. At all times during the process of selling we felt we were being listened to and our thoughts considered. With Team Faulke leading the way, there was no doubt there was going to be a positive result. Our original plan was to go to market quietly and find a buyer, but Gavins confidence in their own processes gave us the lift to go all out and have an auction. We followed his every instruction, builders report, insurance statement, staging and a bright cheerful photo shoot and marketing campaign.
