Leanne was welcoming and very information during the open homes we attended, which were quiet a few. She and her husband were patient and understanding and helped us feel that we were in good hands. Leanne kept us informed of any new information that became available during the process which helped us to make the decision that we would attend the auction. Once we made the decision Leanne supported us right through to the end. We made a plan together for the auction, she was incredible during the auction, and I truly believe her experience and knowledge with how she managed the bidding process was why we were successful in purchasing our family dream home. Leanne was amazing from day one. Was a difficult situation as the sale was due a marriage breakup, but Leanne seamlessly communicated between the two of us. She managed the furniture staging people, made sure the pool was kept clean for open homes, and just went above and beyond. She even exceeded the expectations with price. We ended up selling at auction for $2,200,000, another real estate agent who we had spoken to said he would struggle to get more than $1,800,000 (RV $1,880,000). With Christmas approaching, we had a very short marketing campaign using the tender process. Fleur worked extremely hard over the two week period. With a number of open homes and so many private viewings, and repeat viewings, I think Fleur spent more time at my place than I did. I received a large number of offers and am very happy with the final outcome.

We would not recommend for buying let alone selling through this agent. Our experience with this real estate agent during this transaction was quite disappointing. Throughout the process, we found ourselves constantly chasing for updates and information, making the experience feel very one-sided in favor of the vendor. Communication was poor, to say the least, and at one point, we even had to initiate direct communication with the vendor due to the lack of updates from the agent's end. What was especially disheartening was the complete lack of communication from the agent prior to and on the settlement date. There was no attempt to connect with us or provide any sort of congratulations on our purchase. Surprisingly, the only congratulations we received came from the vendor themselves, with whom we have maintained contact. This raises serious concerns about the agent's earlier communication issues. In the end, actions speak louder than words. While we appreciate the vendor for making the settlement process a smooth experience, it's unfortunate that we didn't receive the same level of service and engagement from the agent. The lack of proactive communication and the failure to acknowledge our purchase in any way has left a rather negative impression of the agent's professionalism and commitment to their clients.
