We first contacted Gavin some years ago as were considering selling our rental property to assist us in relocating - although we didn’t go ahead then, Gavin made a distinct impression on us - a sense of confidence that he would be a great agent so that when time came, we didn’t consider anyone else. Gavin organised staging, builders report, section maintenance etc. Gavin is well set up to ensure that communication happens regularly through WhatsApp and his supportive team. Whilst the market is a bit flat at present, whilst we sold at less we had imagined, we sold within a relatively short time frame and a very short settlement meaning a better outcome than might have been. Gavin liaised with us and the purchaser in a timely manner and we are very grateful for his work.
