Craig was the first one to make contact with me about our house. Craig was so friendly and funny updating me by text what was sold around our area. Craig was never pushy or pressured me into selling our house he understood our situation and was very caring. I remember Craig saying “it’s all about timing Fale and he was right. That’s why we wanted him to sell our house when it was time. Craig made it fun but professional too. One of the things we loved about Craig was his honesty and integrity when we asked for his opinion he would give it to us straight and we appreciated him for that.We found Craig very professional and has a lot of knowledge of the market and experience he knows a lot about South Auckland so we felt we were well informed . He always made us feel important checking in with us always made himself available. Communication was a key factor with Craig he would follow up on stuff we needed to know about explained things so clear and simple to understand. We loved the way he and Shelza worked together as a tag team through our open homes and looking at houses He always looked smart professional and engaged he never looked stressed or tired which gave us peace through out our journey. Craig has exceeded our expectations through this journey not only selling our house but looking for a new one too. We know that the reason we sold our house so fast and are under contract with a new one is because of Craig and his hard work!! We have had a great experience with Shelza she has a caring heart for us and our story she listened to us with empathy and understanding I felt we connected straight away like we had known each other for years. Her knowledge about the market her experience, her honesty just gave us peace that we didn’t have to worry and started Trusting her through this journey this was very important to us we felt we were in great hands and we were going to be ok. Shelza’s professionalism with vigilant documentation explaining things in a very simple and clear way so we understand made us feel important Her awareness of her reputation and also Harcourts was of a high standard. Her communication was the BEST she would always ring us following up, clarifying Stuff we need to be awear of she made us feel we can ring her anytime to ask her a question, so easy to talk to a great listener and always available . We never ever questioned Shelza's integrity when Shelza says she will do something or plan she will do it with excellence!. When we saw Shelza at our open homes or she popped in to get us to sign documents she always looked engaged never looked tired or stressed she always made us feel we were No. 1 and this needed to be done I remember I was stressing out over buying a house when we first had our meeting with Shelza and she was explaining about selling our house what their job was before we signed anything she said they will also help us find a house too I said “really!!! She said of course we not going to leave you homeless!!! Just a big burden lifted off my shoulders after she said that. I can honestly testify that the reason why we sold our house so fast and we are under contract with a new house now is because of Shelza!! She has gone above and beyond our expectations and is now part of our family. We love you Shelza and appreciate you!!
