Rachel was a great professional to work alongside as we sold our property. She presented the information in terms that were easy to understand and supported information discussed with visual documentation to refer to as needed. She was very efficient, and responsive to queries and tasks. She left no stone unturned and provided Open Homes both Saturday and Sunday for 3 weeks before the auction. She anticipated and took care of issues before and as they arose - informing us as needed. She knows her stuff and her depth of experience in the business shows in her work. She showed honesty and integrity in all our work together and we felt like she was working for us every step of the way. She organised for us to attend an Auction Education seminar and attended with us one evening.
