Outstanding, professional and timely.

Meeting Lance was a delight. He was professional yet related to us on a personal level piecing together parts from long ago on how we are mutual friends including big dog coming from the same litter as a family members. He was able to articulate in detail all features of the house we have now purchased and made sure we had everything we need to be able to do so. Lance was always a phone call away and it always felt like we had priority removing the stigma that the real estate agent works for the seller. It truly felt like he was working for us and delivered on that with every timely action.
