
We recently sold our lifestyle property in Te Puke. We contacted Ray Gosling for advise on how best to market the property, he went through the different options with us and advised us that he works with Anne when there is a house involved. We chose the tender option. The property had .3 hectare of kiwifruit, 3 bedroom house, 1 bedroom flat and a 3 bay shed with shower and toilet facilities. The orchard was under lease and the house and flat were rented out. We had three weeks of advertising with open homes on the three weekends before the tender closed. Any properties we thought were a possibility she organised a viewing with us. As there were not a lot of properties available she also sent links from surrounding areas as well. We had almost decided it wasn't going to happen, then there were three new listings within a week that Anne was able to get us viewings for. One of these properties we were successful in purchasing thanks to Anne's hard work and diligence. We couldn't have been more happy with the effort Anne put into finding our new home, it took all the stress away for us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy.
