We could say a lot about Aalayya but it would be simpler to state that she is absolutely the best real estate agent you could ask for. She is very approachable, knows exactly how the real estate market operates and is thorough and efficient in all the legal aspects of property transactions. She also organises help in keeping the outside of the property tidy during the sale period and can provide contact numbers for tradesmen should one be required. Despite difficult and unusual times in the real estate market, Aalayya and her brother Aadil managed to achieve a great result for us, thus allowing us to move on to a new chapter in our lives. The sale of our home has been an interesting journey but we've had a lot of laughs along the way. Given the overall result, and the attitude Aalayya and Aadil maintained throughout the process, we think they should consider changing their brand name from Team Waja to Team Positive. They would certainly have no trouble living up to it.
