I was recommended by a close friend to have Leanne appraise my property when I was looking to sell. This was my first time selling a property, and She was one of 2 agents who I got to do an appraisal. She gave an honest and upfront appraisal on the price, honest feedback on getting the property ready to market, had excellent communication, and was friendly and knowledgeable. Based on the appraisal, communication and follow up. Leanne was the top agent I had engaged with and it was an easy choice to have her as the agent to list and market my property. When the lead up to the listing online started, I listened to her advice, and was able to make decisions based on this and she explained everything clearly and concisely. She helped with everything from quotes in the lead up to listing, and letting service contractors in. And once it was listed, we met regularly, and she updated me as the campaign progressed. The listing is f the property was well worded and she made the campaign stand out from the rest, which really showed compared to the other properties for sale at the time. During negotiations, Leanne’s communication was excellent, and she even pulled a couple of late nights during negotiations. Talk about dedicated!
