Personable, Professional & Delivers!
Great sale of our Father's house. We had multiple offers to consider within a week of listing and achieved a successful outcome with our chosen buyers. We chose Jermey based on his strong sales record as Palmerston's leading agent and liked his ability to keep the momentum through the pre-sales & sales process. We knew he would keep this momentum with interested buyers in what can be a sluggish market of late. Jeremy & his team stayed in close contact throughout the process, which was important as neither of us are based in Palmerston North. We would heartily recommend Jeremy to anyone considering selling - especially when the market is on the slow side or if you are based out of town during the selling process.

Great experience
We had great communication from Fletcher throughout the whole process. Always getting updates as soon as something was to be noted. Very friendly, welcoming and approachable. He reassured us when we weren’t seeing traction, and gave us insights into the current markets, areas etc. He was seamless with all of the processes and nothing was confusing. My daughter gave me a list of 8 top rating agents to consider, I interviewed 3 and immediately chose Deb for her energy, honesty and intuitive understanding of my personal needs. Behind Deb came a diverse team. This did indeed reassure me amd the process was calm, very rapid but monitored .
