Excellent market knowledge, clear communication, and a high level of professionalism.
I am so pleased to have Hannah as my agent. I have no words to describe how accurately and clearly she communicated everything to us. The speed of the process—from putting in the offer to receiving the vendor’s response—was outstanding. The entire negotiation and acceptance took just one day, which made the waiting period extremely short for us. Hannah was consistently dedicated to communicating in a timely manner. Even when there was a delay in securing our loan, she handled the situation very professionally and ensured the rest of the process went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic communication, fantastic result
We switched from another agency after having no success selling our home. Jeremy and the team impressed us with the communication and professionalism with which they approached the whole process. Jeremy clearly articulated the kind of buyer that he felt would be interested in our character home, and tailored the advertising etc. to suit that sort of buyer. Communication with the team was top-notch, we were selling our home in NZ whilst living overseas and they made effective use of technology to keep us up to date without the differing timezones getting in the way. Nothing in life is perfect but any little issues we encountered were dealt with promptly and professionally. The proof is in the pudding and ultimately we got the result we were after in a tough market. Thank you Jeremy, Casey, Abby and Bridget.

Would Recommend Deb Quin to sell your home

Service with a smail
Last house purchase was 40 years ago and things have changed! So going in pretty green and Jeremy and Casey were just marvellous, answering all my questions and confirming who does what when we got to that point. Nothing was too much trouble including post-sale/purchase. Very professional service all round.
