Our sale of a beachfront property in Te Horo was an emotional one for us, as we had put a ton of energy into maintaining the grounds over the years. Angela and the Harcourts team did a wonderful job harnessing a small handful of interested buyers and ultimately securing a stronger price than many people thought we would realise. During the sales process we were presented with a pre-auction bid, which we declined. Angela presented this to us professionally and continued to keep the initial bidder and other interested people engaged right through until the auction day. Roz Scott did a terrific job presenting the house and the auctioneer was also instrumental in getting the sale done at my target price on the day.
