We had history with Steve and we were always going to have him sell our house when the time came…..could not have asked for better, always communicating, always seeking to make it easier for us, clear explanations and total understanding and offers to help when health issues threatened to derail the process. Respectful, process driven and always working for us, the vendor, we totally trusted him to get us across the line and he did, in a remarkably quick and clean campaign, full of positivity. His knowledge of the market was bang on and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If we were staying in Auckland we would happily use him again.
