Meg was so amazing when we went through her open home, she allowed us to look around and would answer any questions we had with genuine interest and a wealth of knowledge. As first home buyers we were very nervous and unsure about what to do or where to even start with putting in an offer, but Meg showed us the greatest patience and took us through what we need to do, where to start, and what to look out for, She is just an amazing person and was so easy to get along with! I was originally trying to market property myself, however living an hour away and having tenants who took selling as a personal attack ....engaging Meg was the best peace of mind decision I made. It was a tough market due to bank restrictions and uncertainty, prices were dropping and not alot of interest. Meg managed to soothe the tenants, and find the ideal buyers.
