As a vendor

When we decided to sell our property in Napier, we phone a couple of agents. David responded very quickly and turned up with a pleasant demeanour and a big smile. He was perfectly content with the plans we had in place which was to sell but not because until later. The photos he took were great and the initial marketing and signage were great. Open homes were stress free, as we're other casual viewings. All offers were presented professionally. He was even able to negotiate a rental contract with the new owners. Thank you David for making a very stressful time, less so.
