Got it sold!

We engaged a few agents in the area. Brayden reacted the fastest and was the most responsive during our research process. We had confidence that Brayden had recently sold a number of homes in our street and neighbouring areas, and appraised our home, providing a comprehensive pack and marketing plan to allow us to get moving quickly. A number of open homes over differing times were offered to allow buyers to visit, which some competing agents did not offer. Brayden also made changes throughout the campaign to accomodate our specific needs with respect and care.
