Highly recommend - an agent who truly cares

Rose is a standout agent in an industry where it can be hard to find someone you truly trust. She has great integrity, is highly organised, & has fantastic communication. Right from the start she stood out, from the four appraisals I organised, hers was by far the most thorough. She always did what she promised & I was particularly impressed by her initiative, for example organising a second caravan (office viewing) for her colleagues that hadn't already seen the property (as it was listed right before Xmas). Her work ethic is amazing, even when it was quiet, she still continued with weekly open homes, nor was she too proud to seek feedback from colleagues to ensure we had the best strategy going forward. I always had a feedback report in my inbox the day after an open home. Her attention to detail is second to none, including ‘extra touches’ like having staging items available for her vendors (which I've never seen done before & thought was a great idea), & thoughtful personal touches such as Xmas cookies & Easter hot cross buns. Despite a sales process that required real patience, she never made excuses & wasn't afraid to have difficult conversations with me. It’s clear this is more than just a job to her, she loves what she does & is very dedicated to her clients. Thank you Rose, I truly appreciate everything you have done for me. Credit where credit is due - I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Rose to others, if you want an agent you can trust & is going to work hard for you, then Rose is the one.
