Transparent and honest!
Nick has been fantastic to deal with, he is friendly and professional. He is honest and transparent about the pros and cons of the house he holds so as a buyer you get to make an informed decision. Nick is great in his communication and follow up. He is not pushy and gives you your time and space to make decisions. He guides you well about the whole process which sometimes can be nightmare to understand. Nick has in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and this is well translated into his guidance to both vendors and buyers alike. We thank Nick for making it easy and smooth for us. We are super happy home owners now and it wouldn't have been easier without his guidance and support.

SOLD FOR EXACT ASKING PRICE
My apartment in west auckland which I purchased a few years back following high recommendation from a qualified source at a seminar in Auckland, was in a block of several units with an adjacent block situated at the same locality. Both blocks had leaky problems which ultimately required staged renovation which provided the owners with a huge expense. Our block of units was first to receive repairs but had the compounded affect of block two waiting renovations which provided a huge visual glitch in the marketing and selling of units that was presented for sale. People viewing the units were greeted with a project of repairs from block two, which provided an atmosphere of negativity. Harcourt was the company whom I contracted to sell my unit. The representative Nick Kochhar, in addition to the total management of Harcourts was exemplary in the professionalism as displayed in the presentation and sale of my unit. It required patience, perseverance particularly as some owners were simply providing an atmosphere of sell at all cost. The person representing the sale of my unit negotiated a sale price in the exactness of my asking price. I could ask for nothing more, and would certainly recommend potential sellers to consider Harcourt and their agents for a job well done.
