Well-Intentioned, but Clarity and Support Lacking

We appreciated Thomas’s enthusiasm and willingness to help during our recent property journey. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. We faced several instances where information was unclear or inconsistent, which led to unnecessary stress and confusion. It sometimes felt like we were under pressure from the vendor’s side rather than supported as clients. We believe the process would greatly benefit from clearer communication and a stronger focus on representing the client’s best interests.
