•I used to teach and coach leaders and service providers for major international companies and government agencies on customer service and satisfaction. So I can be a fairly particular client. I had not actually intended to list it at this stage, but was offered the chance to take advantage of sale of the home next door to me that had major interest, leaving a period when there would be a pool of potential buyers for my own. Sarah and Julie took me through the selling process (not so familiar as I am used to the Canadian market), and set me up with a great deal for finding a buyer. While I was dealing with the paperwork, a SWAT team came in under Winnie and transformed my home with a selection of chattels that really upped the appeal level for the two open homes they ran within a week. They had great images in documentation that was very professional and well laid out. One thing that can kill a relationship is the common folly of over-promising and under-delivering, and Sarah and Julie did the opposite, which meant I got a very positive surprise when they came back to me with a result that was significantly higher than I had expected. Through the inspection, valuation and final sales steps they were with me every step of the way. They really knew that they were not simply selling a property, they were providing a service that was hugely significant to their clients and acted accordingly. They were patient, knowledgeable and clear in their directions and activities. They are a very well-oiled machine. I have absolutely no hesitation on heaping praise on them and the team behind them for their innovation, client service, diligence and outstanding results.
