Sarah and Julie were extremely fast, efficient and professional. The knowledge they both shared in selling my home (it was a bit of a tricky one) was outstanding and I couldn’t have done it without them. We were not able to sell our house with a previous agency, so asked Josh & Bryce to take over. From the get-go they were excellent communicators, telling us exactly what they would do and why, and very open to our expectations and concerns. They kept their promise of weekly catch ups and followed through exactly on their plan - we were finally able to sell our property and settle in another city. Josh & Bryce were incredibly helpful while we were not in Auckland for the majority of the campaign. They made sure the house was still in good viewable condition for open homes (they inflated beds and tidied gardens etc). They kept us informed about their negotiations and efforts, and we think we could've got a higher offer if we were able to wait a couple more weeks, but due to circumstances we were able to accept the first offer they negotiated for us. We found Josh & Bryce to be very professional and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them to prospective sellers.

We responded to a recommendation about the outstanding care and attention these 2 women offered in the sale of a friend's house. Our initial meeting was lively and very enjoyable and we came away with a very comprehensive brochure and a couple of days later received a video of the property. All looking very attractive. We had a tall order - a quick sale at a good price, while accommodating the tenant who'd been in the property for about a year and was well settled. There were also some repairs we were hoping would wait for the new owner. The property went on the market in December and there were 2 viewings. Before the third, a keen buyer had met the tenant, assured her that he would continue her tenancy, made an unconditional offer and said not to worry about the work needing to be done - he'd do it himself! Everything went through without a hitch and we are so grateful for Julie and Sarah's delightful light touch and extensive professional expertise which made the whole business a breeze - for us! Thank you!!

We found Sarah and her colleague Julie very easy and straight forward to deal with during the purchase process and they gave excellent support after going unconditional. While they were clearly doing a good job for their client, the vendor, the ease and flexibility while dealing with us as a potential purchaser was a key reason why we went ahead. Our recent experience with other agents is they just make things too difficult but this was not the case with Sarah.
