Sarah and Julie were absolute super stars! Listing and selling my property in level 3 lockdown in Auckland, in just 10 days! To say I am happy is an understatement! They exude a level of care and kindness to you as a client that is 120%. While also crossing all the T's and dotting the i's, they answered all my queries (there were a few!) .... at anytime ;0 ....... ANYWHO.... I will use them again, and also will be recommending them to all my family and friends!

Thank you to Julie and Sarah for providing us with a professional but down-to-earth experience in selling our mum's unit. Selling mums home which she had lived in for over 35 years was hard enough but you both understood our feelings and made the task so much easier for us all as a family. You guided us through the process smoothly and explained all our questions (we had lots!!) which put us at ease. Your communication with us was well received and extremely helpful in obtaining a quick result. We would definitely recommend anyone wanting to sell or buy and to achieve the best results to contact you first. Thank you again from us and mum.

Sarah and Julie are a great team and have done a highly professional and fantastic job of selling our property in double-quick time. They were great to work with, because they understood where we were coming from and listened to our perspective. Their marketing campaign was targeted to the strengths of the property; the photos were great and they had a list of potential buyers to contact. They are both excellent communicators and I highly recommend them to all buyers and sellers. Caroline and Paul

I cant speak highly enough of Team Sarah and Julie from Auckland Real Estate Agents! They sold two houses for us in Mt Eden, managing a complex sales process with utmost professionalism and integrity. The result far and away exceeded our wildest expectations plus, not a single nights sleep lost to worry. I would recommend Sarah and Julie without hesitation if you are looking for agents that genuinely care and deliver brilliant outcomes.

Sarah and Julie are absolutely fantastic. They’ve sold two properties for me, both of which went to multi-offers and achieved the results we were hoping for. This was the second sale they did for us and was more targeted for a high end apartment with all of the features of a much larger home. They optimised digital advertising to reach the right audience and put in the extra time required. I cannot recommend them enough, either to sell your house with or buy it through, which is a very unique ability.
