Professional, prompt, did his best for the vendor. Good follow through.

Great with communication. Personable and cared about the outcome. Difficult market to sell a house - the difficulty was hoping there would be a clearer picture of what could be achieved with the outcome, however the market probably effected Theos ability to do so. Very strong knowledge and experience of the sales process and where we were in relation to the process throughout the sale. Having better quality photography and videography within the cost of selling with Team Theo would have been good to have. Overall, a very positive experience and happy with the service and outcome provided by Theo and Ben.
