Communication lines very good and consistent. When the building report, commissioned by us, identified issues with the property, Jane conveyed this to us, in a diplomatic and honest appraisal of our options moving forward. At all times she was positive and sought out a suitable solution that fitted with us. While we did not achieve the outcome we initially had hoped for, Jane persevered and found a purchaser at a market point we were willing to meet at. We would be more than happy to work with Jane again and would recommend her to others.
