We chose Graham to sell our father's house simply based on first impressions on his initial visit. Graham was the only agent that took a detailed inventory and spent time going throughout the house and property providing his honest opinion. There was no BS in regards to what price range to expect. Graham was upfront with everything and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Hard to find people with honesty and integrity these days and so happy that we chose Graham.
