Once engaged to undertake the task of selling of our property no time was wasted in structuring a plan for Sale. Open days were well timed and with the help of Andres Deane potential buyers were presented with any information they required. The property was left well secured after the open days. A summary of information was received by the vendor on a weekly basis and any updates were emailed or texted to the vendor. Kevins punctuality for calls or meetings was exceptional realizing how busy he is. Auction day was organized and run very professionally with the help of Mr Shane Cortese the Auctioneer; vendor was impressed by the negotiating skills of these two salespeople. Upon the fall of the hammer the support from Kevin and the Harcourt team has been of a high standard, tiding up the Legal issues and money transfers. There is still work to do regarding the completion of the sale so hopefully that will complete a happy experience in our lives.
