She was very quick to respond back. Which made things so much easier for me. And she was patient, as it was my first time buying my own home. The negotiation stage was pretty quick. And really smooth. She explained things really well, which made it easier for me to understand. She's very professional and social. A really nice person! I'm extremely happy with the results. Danni was efficient with responding to questions, getting replies from the vendors when we had questions and getting each step done promptly. It was a really smooth process. The only down side was that Danni was away the afternoon we settled and had someone else helping her that day and we had to wait an hour from the email of “all funds have been processed and settlement has happened” as well as emailing the solicitors to follow up about this, to Get the code for the door released. Everything else was perfect!! Danni was just as excited as us for us to be purchasing this home so for someone who does it all day every day, she still made us feel super special. 🫶🏼
