Great understanding with our wants and needs, awesome communication and very understanding.
Quick with suggestions on propertys. Good insight to how the market is going. Very professional but also saw us a 'people' aswell instead of just a client. Good negotiation skills and took every offer with confidence.

Is a great communicator and attention to detail is first class. We purchased 7 Lancewood Court four years ago from Jodi. Formally at Harveys RE when we moved to Matamata from Tauranga. and were impressed and pleased with her help to the point of taking cardboard boxes away to help her next client pack and move on. We tried Harcourts appraisal form three times on our phone, but 5 stars did not come trhough. Hence our written appraisal. We would tick 5 starts plus anyway.

Friendly manner with great communication and negotiating skills.
Lee-Ann has a very friendly manner but also shows great professionalism while getting the job done. She is very aware of what’s going on in the local market, and was quick to get information to us when required. Lee-Ann used her negotiation skills to get us the price we wanted for our home, and again, when we purchased our next home, she helped us to get our first offer accepted. We would definitely use Lee-Ann again in the future if we were to be looking for another home.
