Harcourts Matamata

Lee-Ann was first introduced to the world of real estate during her teens, when her mum was a Salesperson with Harcourts on the North Shore in Auckland. After studying for a childcare qualification, she initially worked in Early Childhood, before following in her mother's footsteps and taking her Real Estate Salesperson papers and working in the same Harcourts franchise group. Lee-Ann and her family moved down to the Waikato after her paramedic husband was transferred there. After settling her two children into Putaruru life, she concentrated on her family commitments and became heavily involved with St Johns, helping start the St John's Youth Group in the town. The family have enjoyed living on a lifestyle block and have an ever-growing menagerie of rescued animals. Her return to real estate was once again with Harcourts, was for 3 years as the Property Manager for Harcourts Kevin Deane Real Estate in Matamata. Lee-Ann added a Property Management qualification to her Salesperson certificate. With her extensive knowledge and understanding of Property Management and Sales she now really enjoys selling real estate in Putaruru and Tirau Areas. Whether it be a landlord looking to sell their investment or expand their portfolio, or a tenant looking to purchase their own home. For Lee-Ann there is huge satisfaction in being part of the process of helping people move to the next level of their lives as smoothly as possible.

Nerrida is Taranaki born and bred, and arrived in Matamata with her family in the early 90's. After selling their farm, Nerrida decided that she needed to get back into the work force again, and since she enjoyed working with people, decided to join real estate, and has been involved with residential, Lifestyle and Rural properties since 1996. Nerrida has a huge interest in how to best market a property to achieve a satisfying outcome for both vendor and purchaser alike, and has a professional no nonsense approach in the way she works with people, and at the same time enjoys a joke and a laugh. Along with her extensive local and industry knowledge, Nerrida has held her AREINZ status for some time which holds her in good stead within the industry, and over the years has gained many accolades, with her most recent being Top of Office from April 2022 through to September 2022.Top in branch 2022/23, and again in 2022/23. Dan is a positive, energetic, and outgoing person who loves to interact with people from all backgrounds of life. He loves attending functions and meeting new people. Dan was adopted from Romania as a baby and spent most of his life in Auckland, He then moved down south where he enjoys the tranquility and picturesque landscape of Matamata and its accessible & central location. Dan is a keen speedway enthusiast and often where you will find him on a Saturday night during the summer months. Dan is a passionate netball fan and has a background in quad bike racing where he placed 3rd in NZ. Dan has many years of administration, customer service, and sales experience. In particular, he has a strong drive and excitement for sales – constantly thriving on challenges and developing his skillset. He has a previous sales history in selling used cars. His greatest achievement is exceeding customer’s expectations, making the work not only worthwhile but incredibly rewarding.
