U hose to appoint Diego as our agent for one reason. He made contact with us about 8 years earlier and he maintaoned a health professional connection with us over those years without being pushy. No free calendar, no persistant door knocking, and no 'hey, I've got this buyer waiting to buy your house' statement. He was just waiting patiently for us to be ready. Diego is a very clear communicator. He is also a very good listener and respondsed very well to our story, our previous experinces with real estate agents, and then clearly articulates his campaign pitch to suit. I also believe that he is a very good businessman as his staff and sales team were also very professional. Teide, our wonderful appointed agent, was continually on point, understood the brief and, more importantly, understood us. All of which must have been well communicated through Diego. At no point were we left wondering what was happening, what came next, or what actions we needed to complete. His manager, Melissa was so organized and detailed with instructions, documents, and supporting comments. At no point did Diego or his team suggest that our expectations were unachievable. We agreed on a target at the beginning of the campaign and that was never challenged. The marketing engine just kept going. Before Team Diego, I had a general mistrust for real estate agents.
