Great and very helpful! We've met Sparsh before like few months ago and viewed one of his listings around manurewa. Then this month, we met Eshpreet to view his listing in mangere but didn't match our budget for that house.. After few days, i saw this listing in marketplace and didn't realize that we are meeting Sparsh again.. He is very helpful and very encouraging.. Actually don't have the plan of buying a house at the moment due to our kiwisaver that will due nextyear..And it was so quick and we got the house. Buying a home for many people is a once in a lifetime experience and one that is more sentimental than anything. An experience that whether you’re buying a 500k home or 1m home, to many it’s a lot of money and a long term commitment. We however didn’t have the opportunity to be excited and were left with nothing but set backs and disappointments when dealing with Eshpreet. Poor and lack of communication where we always had to follow up ourselves and no updates. If we reported issues it felt like he didn’t take it seriously as he wouldn’t report back to our family that he has taken care of the matter. Not even a simple txt message of acknowledgment. We felt as if we were taken for granted and someone just wanted to make a quick easy sale for their own benefit and pay. We work hard to pay for things and to be taken for granted unfortunately ruined this process for us. So much more I can say but long story short, we will never ever recommend Eshpreet to anyone, not even our worst enemy. No one deserves to be treated the way we have been and having hopes crushed. Makes us question the validity of his selling process and the backing that comes from his company. If there was an option to give zero stars then I would.

Jitender Pahwa has an excellent knowledge of market and his service skills are next level. The best thing about Pahwaji is his patience level as he was always available for home tours.He helped us in negotiations and we got a good deal . His cool and calm mindset kept my anxiety levels low as i was bit stressed about our sale and purchase of the property. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Pahwaji.
