Excellent Communication & Heart

We worked with Jan as buyers for our new home in West Melton, her duty was to the vendor but we found her excellent to deal with. Fair, honest and approachable with any questions we needed answers for to make an informed decision. As a West Melton local herself, Jan really knew the area and made the whole process easy. Excellent, communicator with a great knowledge of the Selwyn district.

Jan was great to work with, friendly, professional, nothing was a problem, she had a great knowledge of the local market and because of her expertise, she could quickly observe with confidence, who, would benefit from purchasing the property. She therefore came up with a suitable marketing plan, that fitted with my tight timeline! and a family event before sale, which was executed beautifully. From the initial appraisal through to settlement, she was very patient, adaptable, not pushy, but she was focused and on the job, and through her experience knew what was required to sell the property. Being on my own I appreciated her help with local service people to bring the place up to the required standard for sale. Another thing I was impressed about was, she immediately gave feedback after open homes, and updates on progress. Because of her caring personality, she took the stress out of the whole process, and I observed she worked hard for both the seller and the buyer to get the result that suited both parties. I would not hesitate to use Jan again or recommend her to other people.
