Very down to earth.
On open day Jan was very down to earth, no sales lines, open honest and friendly. Made everything from start to finish really easy and stress free. Communication was quick and kept us updated. Look forward to working with Jan again.

Excellent! Communication was great.
We had been looking at houses for a few months. Jan was great, she was the best agent where communication was concerned. Jan gave us a history of the area, the subdivision and the house. She followed up and kept us informed, encouraged us. We negotiated price and she also helped with us purchasing other items from the sellers. Very professional. We were very impressed with Jan Green.

Jan was fantastic to deal with from our first meeting to the final stages of selling my home. Her friendly and approachable manner made all of our dealings very relaxed and easy. She showed great understanding of the market and set reasonable and appropriate expectations when valuing the property and outlining what I might expect to receive in terms of offers. Throughout the entire process, I was kept well informed and was very comfortable with how viewings, potential offers and eventually the final acceptance and sale proceeded.
