My experience was very comforting at a time when I was suffering from health issues.
I unfortunately had a lot of health issues when I needed to organise my appartment to be rented out. Harcourts took the load off me and quickly got things sorted and then got several tenant options and I was happy with the tenant they had who moved in promptly

Delivered as Promised
It had been a great experience dealing with Shane from Harcourts Lunn Ave. He made the process of renting my property a breeze. Service and communication were beyond my expectation. My property above was vacant for a couple of months before I changed the letting agent and this turned out to be a good decision. I was recommended by a peer to try Harcourts Landed (Lunn Ave) as they have agents that are known to deliver results and with my experience, I can share this to be true. There were a few difficulties in relation to the location of the property and the types of applications that were coming through. Shane worked tirelessly through all the hurdles in a professional and efficient manner to ensure he's putting the right tenants into my property without unreasonable delays. I would highly recommend the Team at Harcourts Landed. Keep up the great work.

Great communication and quick settlement of our rental property, but….
Shane was very clear with his communication from Day 1 about what he will do to rent our property and carefully listened to what we are looking for in our tenants. However, I didn’t know that I was signing a one year contract with Shane until after I signed and sent it to him. Not once this was brought to my knowledge that this is going to be one year engagement. I didn’t like this and thought that this should have been conveyed clearly before I signed the agreement.
