In 2003 I joined Harcourts in Kumeu as a Sales and Marketing Consultant. I am an award winning high achiever who has has consistently achieved excellent sales results and built up a strong reputation in the local community for my honesty, communication, perseverance and professionalism. I believe that the values I learnt from my rural upbringing, together with my corporate experience and world travel, have contributed to make me ideally suited to working in the fast moving pace of real estate. I live with my husband and one small elderly miniature dachshund in Kumeu and have very much enjoyed living in this flourishing area for 25 years. I list and sell throughout the area; Waimauku, Kumeu, Huapai, Taupaki and Riverhead and love working in all facets of real estate. I have my NZQA Branch Manager Level 5 qualification and have completed the 2 year Harcourts Future Leaders Programme.

Andrea and Debs were Amazing! Both Friendly. Respectful and Professional.

Andreas manner was so lovely. We had tenants on the property and she was so friendly and respectful of us all and the property which is a 3.6 hectare lifestyle block. Her market and area knowledge and her gentle spirited professionalism was what encouraged us to give her and Harcourts Kumeu the listing and we were so happy with the outcome. Andrea teamed up with another colleague, Debs Wallace from Harcourts Milford, who was bubbly, full of energy, professional and also very respectful. They were a great team with strengths that complimented each other. Thorough, focussed, in touch with the market and sensational service.
