Friendly and knowledgeable
From the time we walked through the door Cassie was able to guide us through the main features of the house and give a clear understanding on what would be required to make an offer on the property. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion and nothing was too difficult for Cassie to find out for us. We appreciated the open and friendly communication with us throughout the process and would recommend her services to any enquiring.

Lived up to my expectations and more
I choose to use Cassie having known her through us having children at the same school and my brief interactions with her there when dropping off and picking up kids. It was important to me, given the situation, that I had someone I knew of, even if she was only a mere acquaintance, rather than a complete stranger. A number of family and friends suggested I meet with other agents however Cassie made me feel instantly comfortable and that I had made the right choice in contacting her out of the blue. Cassie provided us with great ideas to maximise our property. For example - changes to rooms and the use of an amazing stylist. Her market knowledge is outstanding in that she knows what the market is looking for. ie. that removing units and shelving from a room to make it more multipurpose would inspire potential buyers more than taking the easy route of leaving them there. She kept us well informed of how our property was doing on the market - ie. number of people through open homes and their feedback. She managed to get us a multi offer situation in a short amount of time. Given this was an estate sale, within a couple of months of the passing of our father Cassie worked wonders with the little information we were able to provide her. She went above and beyond to gather information we didn't have and recommended amazing people to help us with the sale of items in the house our family no longer required. I would highly recommend Cassie to anyone wanting to sell a property. She will put in the hard yards to ensure you the best outcome and do it with a smile on her face and a helping hand. I felt I asked many a question of her but she never made me feel as though my questions were trivial or stupid. If you want someone you can trust, who will be honest and upfront with you, who will put in the work, choose Cassie. She won't let you down.
