Gary, through Harcourts, has sold 4 lifestyle blocks and a farm for us. He has been alongside our family and our farming business for 5 years. He has helped us with advice on the farm, he has set up and helped oversee a lease of the farm and then the final sale. All done with our interest and that of all those involved held as equal to each other in a most trustworthy and honorable manner. He REALLY earnt the commissions in all cases by working hard and gaining the trust of buyers due to his straight up nature. I could always feel easy phoning him and he would always phone back promptly if unable to take the call straight away.
