More than we could have ever have hoped for from one agent.

Gary, through Harcourts, has sold 4 lifestyle blocks and a farm for us. He has been alongside our family and our farming business for 5 years. He has helped us with advice on the farm, he has set up and helped oversee a lease of the farm and then the final sale. All done with our interest and that of all those involved held as equal to each other in a most trustworthy and honorable manner. He REALLY earnt the commissions in all cases by working hard and gaining the trust of buyers due to his straight up nature. I could always feel easy phoning him and he would always phone back promptly if unable to take the call straight away. We appreciate Gary and hold him in the highest regard as he has helped us immensely, more than ever expected - and for so long. Gary's good nature, commitment and open and clear communication coupled with sound knowledge brings about excellent results - even if it takes an extra couple of years due to the industries challanges.
