Very pleased with the outcome of the sale process - especially in a difficult market. John is knowledgeable, thoughtful and genuinely trying to offer the best solutions to his vendors. On many occasions, John went above and beyond in order to make the sale, ensure the house was ready for handover to the buyers and support my ageing father through the sale. Especially when we were unable to be onsite to manage matters ourselves. Hugely empathetic and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend!
