Smooth, worry-ree, and the best outcome
Anita was well informed about the market and was transparent about what our home could be worth from the very start. She had expert advice on what we needed to do to present the property in the best light for buyers, and she always kept us updated throughout the process. She kept us positive even with the state of the current market looking uncertain. Our property was under contract in 3 weeks and sold in just over a week after that. We were overjoyed and couldn't have asked for a better agent, process, and outcome. Truly thankful for Anita in helping us pass on our first home to a happy first home buyer!

We found Kerry-Anne to be very positive and confident in her knowledge of the area . We did contact Kerry-Anne with some concerns raised by our lawyer and she was very proactive and responded promptly witch satisfied our issues. Kerry-Anne kept us informed and followed up on our interest in the property and we feel she did a good job for the vendor.
