I had a really good journey and experience to my new beginning into the housing market. Perry has good knowledge and he is very professional at his job. He gives you good information about the property and communicates really well over the Phone. He would come to the appointment in time when meeting at the property and even when going into the office to sign paperwork he would have everything ready and would make sure you not waiting in the waiting lounge for long. Very professional customer service. Very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We found Perry Hanra to be the perfect real estate agent for us . He went out of his way to accomodate us meeting us where we were staying and being warm , clear and hounest . We were not sucsesful in our offer on the first section but the experience was enjoyable and we felt we had made a friend . He kept us updated and as soon as a section that suited us came up he let us know and we were stoked to purchace the section at 59b Reef Veiw rd through him . I have bought 12 properties in my life and delt with many real estage agents and I can say Perry was clearly the best on all levels .

Due to Covid and closed borders in NZ ( I live in the US) I had to go through the sale process via Skype and email. I have never met Perry , he was highly recommended by my neighbor in Ahipara.
