Janice has been very professional and great to deal with. She was enthusiastic without trying to over sell the property and did a good job to broker the sale where we never experienced her putting pressure on us. Post offer acceptance we have found Janice to be most helpful with knowledge of the local market trades where we’re looking to some work to decorate and put our own touches on the house.

With Janice’s knowledge and experience, plus her professional way of handling our property from the start of the listing to the sale, we were absolutely delighted with the outcome. Janice kept us well-informed of how the market was going. We were very happy to leave it in her capable hands.

Well it was all straightforward really after a bit of back and forth and agreeing on a price. I haven't taken ownership of the property yet so she still has time to flick me a long black.
