We have used Tina twice now to sell our family homes in the East Auckland suburbs and have always found Tina an excellent agent. Tina now has a team of agents who are equally as motivated to assist and work with you to achieve your desired outcome. I can say without too much hesitation Tina is the best agent we have dealt with - I would certainly recommend Team Tina to anyone considering selling their property.

Tina provided us the clear advices on the preparation works and timeframe for the marketing before Xmas auction. Before auction and during auction she showed us very positive attitude and professional ideas for the successful auction sale. Provided us stressless experience, and continued after auction services. Really appreciated the whole process.

We did our research to find the best agent in our area and Tina came out on top by a significant margin. Tina advised the price we would get, came up with the perfect marketing plan and executed that plan precisely. Our house was sold on the day and for the price that she said it would. Thanks Tina for a great result.

Most of my dealings were done with Victoria Jones and she was extremely professional and easy to deal with. I was provided with regular updates and insights and always knew where things were at. She worked hard to secure a deal and was very committed even outside normal working hours. I would have no hesitation is recommending Victoria to any potential vendors.

We came across Tina from seeing many listings under her name in Eastern Bay Area, we thought we would give it a try. Meeting Tina made us believe we have chosen the right agent, she’s confident, very knowledgeable yet calm and assuring. She has all the qualities of an agent we were looking for. The sales process was quick yet effective, Tina and her team gave us regular updates after each open home, and the auction day was a great success. She worked very well with buyers and together as a with auctioneer Shane, Harcourt did a marvellous job, bringing the price beyond our expectations.
